During the classes, each client will be provided with professional help concerning form and efficiency of exercise. The trainer will prioritize time to make sure everyone’s needs are met. We often have quarterly updates with each client to make sure we know how to serve their goals more specifically.
Your small group training coach will monitor your workouts and provide modifications based on your fitness level to ensure you achieve the best results possible. We hope you openly communicate with your trainer to serve you best.
This is an excellent way to make friends that share your same aspiration and hobby of getting into a healthier lifestyle. Social Connections are important for your mind as you age, and these connections also help motivate you during your wellness journey.
Our 25 min sessions are a Moderate Intensity level- they are not High intensity bootcamp style- you can usually choose upper and or lower body focus to mix up your training to cover a full body routine too- each workout is based on covering exercises suitable to clients 50 + and focus on improvements in mobility and activities of everyday life

Clients meet with one of our Nutrition Coaches once every month. At each meeting, you will set 1-2 goals and will be given material and/or strategies to help you stay on track.
Your coach will assist you in using the My Fitness Pal app and food journaling is a requirement. This program can be added to your Small group training pkg, or done on their own ONLINE or in person.
It is for clients that are serious about long term results and not for those that are looking for quick-fix strategies … that never last.
This is one of the most comprehensive weight loss and healthy eating programs available.
At it’s core, Metabolic Balance is focused on resetting your metabolism by helping your body deal with insulin and blood sugar challenges associated with most peoples diets.
If you are not ready to follow a customized meal plan that has been designed specifically for you based on your blood work, personal preferences and meds, then this program is not for you. If you don’t think you can give up alcohol for a few weeks and limit your intake of bread, pasta and rice, then this is not the program for you. If you are not ready to make big changes in the first few weeks of your journey, and maybe changes for life, then this program might not be for you.
If you want to lose 20lbs or more and follow a program that is sustainable, this program might be right for you. If you can follow a plan and wont make excuses about not being able to cheat in the first few weeks, then this might be the program for
you.
I will be with you each step of the way, providing coaching and support to make sure you are able to follow the program to its fullest. I will only take 5 people per month into this program so that I can give the highest level of support to each person.
You don’t need to be a Refine client and you don’t need to live in Windsor. We can do all sessions online and exercise can be done on your own.
